North just past Elkhorn slough and the yacht club , turn left onto jetty road and park along the road. Views of boats in harbor, kayakers, marshes, and usually otters at the far end.
MBPAPA schedules two to four paint-outs each month in varied locations in and around Monterey Bay including Big Sur, Carmel, Santa Cruz, local vineyards and farms, California Missions, wetlands and beaches.
Our mild California climate and a land rich in natural beauty makes outdoor painting possible most months of the year. Visiting artists are welcome to attend our monthly paint-outs.
